Delete your XRPLAYR account and data

XRPLAYR is made by IMU, LLC. Your XRPLAYR account is the XRPL wallet you connect — there is no username or password. Deleting your account removes the data XRPLAYR holds for that wallet.

Fastest

Delete in the app

Open XRPLAYR and make sure your wallet is connected.
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
Confirm. Your data is deleted straight away, and you are signed out of XRPLAYR on every device.

Can't use the app? Ask us by email

Email support@imutv.tv from any address.
Use the subject Delete my XRPLAYR data and include your XRPL wallet address (it starts with r).
We may ask you to confirm that you control the wallet before we delete anything.

We complete email requests within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

Your Library (saved tracks)
Your playlists and the tracks in them
The public playlists you follow
Your comments (the text and your wallet address are removed) and any reports you filed
Your XRPLAYR sign-ins on every device, including XRPLAYR inside partner apps

What is kept, and why

Your NFTs and anything recorded on the XRP Ledger. The ledger is public and permanent, and outside our control. Deleting your XRPLAYR account never touches your wallet or what it holds.
Your IMCollectibles account. Your IMCollectibles profile, purchases and website sign-ins belong to the IMCollectibles website and are not affected.
Artist follows. XRPLAYR and IMCollectibles share one follow list, so your follows stay with your IMCollectibles profile. You can unfollow any artist in the app or at imcollectibles.io.
Play counts. When a track plays, we record the track, how long it played and the phone model, without your wallet address, so artists are credited for their plays. These counts are not part of your account and are kept.

Remove any track from your Library.

Playlists

Delete a playlist, or remove tracks from it.

Comments

Delete any comment you posted.

Artist follows

Unfollow any artist from their profile.

Each of these takes effect straight away. To ask us to delete something else, email support@imutv.tv.
